# Import sessions

Go to an activity `Settings`, then scroll down to see the `Session history`. Click the Import button to open a modal where you can:

* Drop the session files from your explorer.
* Open your Explorer window and select the sessions.

If a session is not related to the current activity, it cannot be imported.
